One important functionality provided by the Rafusoft maintenance module is the ability to greatly reduce interruptions and increase time within production environments. - This app offers a statistical view of data used for reporting such as logs that shows the staff on duty and the time it takes to resolve issues.
- One of the uniqueness of this app is that it automates repair workflow. For example, when there is an issue that needs attention, the maintenance staff gets immediate notification on their mobile devices which is initiated by the click of a button by line operators.
- It is important to note that Rafusoft workflow and maintenance modules are wholly integrated in the Rafusoft Maintenance app. It helps engineers give a progress report of tasks and dutifully tell managers, planners and shop floor users when an order is completed or expected to complete. The engineer is able to give this kind of report based on the list of tasks initiated by the service orders that the mobile maintenance app displays.
